Tyler Endorses Marie Pyznar for State Rep In The 58th District

Today, Tom Tyler formally endorsed Marie Pyznar for State Representative in the 58th District.

“I’ve known Marie for essentially her entire life, and without a doubt I know that she’s the real deal,” said Tyler. “For me, this race is about Enfield values. It’s about which candidate shares our values, and Marie is that candidate. Marie believes in family and faith, and that’s the type of person we need advocating for us in the state legislature. Her life of service to her family and community shows that when the chips are down in Hartford she will boldly stand up for us here in Enfield.”

Tyler chose to endorse Marie Pyznar due to her deep Enfield roots, character, integrity, strong family values and campaign platform. As Tom said: “Marie treats everyone with dignity and respect no matter their political beliefs or party affiliation.” Along with her husband, they raised the Pyznar family in the North Thompsonville section of Enfield. She formerly ran her small business in the Thompsonville section of town. Tom observed: “Marie worked hard earning a living, paid her taxes, business bills and made payroll, taking care of her employees under challenging conditions.” Tom Tyler firmly believes that “a person with this type of life experience is best suited to fight for all the residents of Enfield in the state legislature not just a favored few special interests or to follow orders of party bosses or appease one’s buddies to bully opponents, rivals or ordinary people with whom one disagrees.”

Tom further opined: “Marie alone possesses the family values we admire. Marie is uniquely qualified to serve as state representative in that, along the way, she gained valuable experience coping with the many challenges of raising a family in Thompsonville. Marie has dealt with affordability issues families faced long before it became fashionable to label them as “affordability” issues. Marie guided the education of her children through Enfield’s public schools and has remained involved in helping countless other mothers, fathers and families improve the educational and vocational experiences for their loved ones too.”

Tom concluded by stating: “I don’t care what team jersey she wears on her back, I do care about what’s in her heart and that’s representing our family values in Hartford to improve the quality of life for all of Marie’s constituents in Thompsonville, the 58th District, Enfield and the State of Connecticut. Marie truly shares our values. Furthermore, Marie has the temperament and proven family life experiences to get the job done for ALL OF US !”

NOTE # 1: This endorsement decision was made solely by Tom Tyler and was not solicited by Marie Pyznar nor by anyone on behalf of Marie or her campaign.

NOTE # 2: Early voting runs from October 19th to November 1st at Enfield Town Hall. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd. For more information about Marie, visit www.mariepyznar.com.
