Enfield families pay more than their fair share of taxes, but wealthy elites don't. Tom will work to close unfair tax loopholes for the wealthy elite. This will create needed revenue for public education funding. Tom knows that the system is unfairly rigged, and he will level the playing field for working families in Enfield.

Each time after heavy rain, a significant amount of raw sewage heads our way down the river from a sewage treatment plant in Western Massachusetts. This needs to stop on both public safety and environmental grounds. Little if any coordination has occurred within Connecticut state government about this. Tom will take the fight to Hartford to clean up the river.
